Overview
This 6-day safari takes you deep into Tanzania’s most famous parks to witness the incredible wildebeest migration and explore diverse wildlife. Starting in Tarangire National Park, known for its elephants and baobab trees, you’ll journey through the scenic highlands of Ngorongoro and into the vast plains of Serengeti. In the northern Serengeti, you’ll spend two full days tracking the great migration near the Mara River, where thousands of wildebeests and zebras cross in search of fresh grass. Itinerary
Your safari begins with a morning pickup from your hotel in Arusha. You’ll drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds, giant baobab trees, and peaceful landscapes. Enjoy a relaxed game drive and spot wildlife like giraffes, zebras, lions, and many birds. After lunch inside the park, continue your game viewing until late afternoon. Then drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Today is a scenic drive through the Ngorongoro highlands into the vast plains of Serengeti. You’ll enter the park at Naabi Hill Gate and enjoy game viewing along the way. By afternoon, you’ll reach the northern Serengeti, close to the Mara River, where the migration action happens. Settle into your tented camp and enjoy dinner under the stars.

After breakfast, begin your journey back through the Serengeti. You’ll enjoy game viewing along the way and may stop at Olduvai Gorge or a Maasai village for a cultural experience. By late afternoon, arrive at the rim of Ngorongoro Crater, where the views are breathtaking.
